What's Included in the Base Install Price?
SITE PREPERATION:
Ground Leveling up to 6” Grade, within 1” of Level. Pool Base Material (Sand) and Application of pool base material. A Flat Bottom Installation.
POOL ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION: Assembly of pool wall, frame and liner. Installation of thru wall skimmer and return line Assembly of pool filter system. -
What's NOT Included in the Base Install Price?
1. Ground Leveling in excess of 6” Grade. Pool owner will be advised when installer arrives if additional leveling is required.
2. Assembly/installation of Ladders, Fencing, and Heaters
3. Assembly/installation of Decks Removal of trees, tree stumps, large rocks or other obstacles discovered before or during installation process
4. Removal of dirt and sod from the pool site Removal of pool boxes -
What the pool owner must provide
1. Access to the pool site (A minimum of 6’ is required for equipment and 9’ is preferred)
2. Pool site clearly marked and clear of all obstacles including underground utilities. (Call 1-800-362-2764 to have site checked)
3. Any required building permits
4. All required electrical work
5. Water supply and Hoses
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES:
Full Payment will be due to installer at the completion of the installation.
LIMITED WARRANTY: For a period of 90 Days after the installation, BT Cope Pool Installations will, at its option repair, replace, re-assemble, or re-install to swimming pool or any component thereof installed by BT Cope pool installation and found to be unsatisfactory as a result of defects in installer workmanship: Exclude from this warranty are the following:
1.CONDITIONS CAUSED BY ABUSE OR NEGLECT OF POOL OWNER
2. WRINKLES IN THE LINER
3.PROBLEMS CAUSED BY PREVIOUSLY EXISTING CONDITIONS (FILLED AREA, POOR DRAINAGE, MOLE, NUTGRASS, ETC)
